We follow and exceed the Louisiana Residential Standards of Practice. I inspect the visible and accessible structure, systems and components of the home, inside and out, from the foundation to the roof, using the latest tools and technology.
Advanced Home Inspections chooses to inspect ALL electrical receptacles & devices, windows, and interior doors. The requirement for these items is to inspect a "representative number".

We Enjoy Helping Our Clients
During the home inspection, we will show you how everything in your house works, how to maintain it, and how to save home energy. I will include a 100-page home maintenance book along with your home inspection report. Scientific evidence demonstrates a solid relationship between housing conditions and human health. I will make sure your home supports your health.
Trained & Experienced
Jamie Beauxis of Advanced Home Inspections is a Certified Professional Inspector CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (www.NACHI.org)—which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors providing education, training, and certification.
InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and take accredited Continuing Education courses each year in order to maintain good membership standing.
In order to become certified, I was required to take inspection courses related to the interior and exterior of the home, including the common and major areas of concern for home buyers, such as foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. I am a graduate of the InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college that offers the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.
Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because we can find and document defects which may or may not be evident to you. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.

The claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI's Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.
About Me
I have a reputation of paying attention to detail no matter the subject at hand. This skill I developed as an electrician in the US Navy. I hold many qualifications such as Electrical Test Technician, Cathodic Protection, HVAC Universal Refrigerant License, Electrical and Instrumentation Technician and Certified Professional Home Inspector. Remodeling over 10 homes in the local area has given us experience with all home systems.
Southwest Louisiana suffered dearly from Hurricane Laura in 2020. Many homes are being band-aided instead of repaired properly. Trust us to show you the true condition of your future home.
