About Advanced Home Inspections SWLA
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. My job isn’t to “kill deals” — it’s to provide clear, honest information so buyers can make confident decisions and agents can move forward with clarity.
With over five years of hands-on inspection experience, I bring a practical, real-world understanding of how homes are built, wired, remodeled, and maintained.
Experience That Goes Beyond the Basics
Before becoming a home inspector, I:
-
Remodeled multiple homes
-
Worked as a licensed electrician
-
Served in the military, where attention to detail was critical
That combination gives me a trained eye for structural, electrical, and mechanical systems — and the discipline to inspect thoroughly and professionally every time.
Specialized Expertise
In addition to standard home inspections, I specialize in:
🏊 Swimming Pool Inspections
Pools can be one of the most expensive components of a property. I evaluate equipment, safety features, visible structure, and overall condition so buyers understand what they’re getting into.
🏗 New Construction Inspections
Even brand-new homes can have defects. I provide detailed inspections during the build process or before final walkthrough to help ensure quality workmanship.
❄ HVAC & Refrigeration Knowledge
I hold a Universal Refrigerant License, giving me deeper understanding of HVAC system operation and performance.
Advanced Technology for Better Results
I use an infrared thermal imaging camera as part of my inspections. This allows me to detect:
-
Missing or insufficient insulation
-
Moisture intrusion and potential water leaks
-
Overheated electrical components or loose wiring connections
Infrared imaging helps identify issues that may not be visible during a standard visual inspection.
What Clients and Agents Can Expect
When you hire Advanced Home Inspections SWLA, you can expect:
-
Thorough, detail-oriented inspection
-
Clear, easy-to-read reports with photos
-
Honest findings — not alarmist language
-
Professional communication with all parties
-
Timely report delivery
-
Availability for follow-up questions
My goal is not to “pass” or “fail” a home. My goal is to provide clear information so informed decisions can be made.
